By creating an account or using AiShots (aishots.online), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AiShots provides an AI-powered lifestyle image generation service for Amazon India sellers. Users can upload product images or provide Amazon product URLs to generate lifestyle background images using artificial intelligence.

3. Credits & Payments

  • Each new account receives 1 free image credit upon registration
  • Additional credits can be purchased via Razorpay — payments are final and non-refundable
  • Credits never expire and are tied to your account
  • 1 credit is consumed per successfully generated image
  • Credits are not transferable between accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AiShots only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload images that violate copyright, contain illegal content, or are misleading
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our AI systems
  • Resell generated images as standalone AI art without disclosure
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit free trial credits

5. Image Ownership

You retain ownership of your uploaded product images. AI-generated lifestyle images created using your product images are licensed to you for commercial use, including Amazon product listings.

6. Amazon Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring generated images comply with Amazon India's listing image policies. AiShots is not affiliated with Amazon.in. We are an independent tool to assist Amazon sellers.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Image generation depends on third-party AI APIs. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

AiShots is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or sales resulting from use of our generated images. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for credits in the last 30 days.
